Should legal action against a Presidential candidate be considered when voting?

MAJ David Vermillion IMHO any person that is running for the highest elected office in America is fair game on any and everything in their past or present. When you try and start hiding stuff you lose credibility.

As much as I'd like to go with innocent until proven guilty, I believe the preponderance of evidence should be taken into consideration. Then let you conscience be your guide.

Yes, it definitely should be. It calls question to their integrity and credibility.
