Should Navy BUDS who ring the bell be given the option to transfer into Marines or Army instead of being placed on a ship?

As Army combat arms, heavy armor, I don’t see a problem in doing that. Just getting through qualifications to enter Buds would indicate a degree of willingness to excel.
