Should the U.S military stop using Native American names for aircraft and missles?

First the Redskins, now the military's preference for Native American based names for missiles, rotary-wing aircraft and missions is coming under fire.

What are your thoughts?
Is it disrespectful gloating or a sign of respect?

The US Military's Racial Slur... Anyone have thoughts on this?

I see this as yet another example of Political Correctness not being checked by common sense.
