Should we be teaching Critical Race Theory in our military universities and perhaps in our leadership courses?

Critical Race Theory, only teaches are students , and service Members to Hate each Other By Skin Color.
Why, do I say This?
it Simple Really, Critical Race Theory Does not teach you to judge a man or women by the Content of there Character! they are Openly Lying to the American people! about American History.

The Left Hates The United States Military, because we have little to no Bigotry, Racism, we do have a small problem with sexism and rape, a Problem we really need to Stomp Out. but it not as big as the News Media makes it out to be, but one sexual assault, one rape is one to many, for the last 50 Plus years Sexism, Bigotry, Racism has been driven out of the military service by Approximately 99.9%, when it found it is not Tolerated! because the Military Service, is all About Trust!, Team Work, Being able to do your Job, and having your fellow Service Members Back, but TRUST IS MOST IMPORTANT !

I Have to Know, that you know your Job, and the Job below you and above you, and I have to trust you have My Back! in the Field, at Work, at play, out on the Job during a search and rescue, at home when a fellow ship mate or service member had to much to drink, when you have car trouble, etc, we do everything in are power to get them home safely, Why, Because we always have each others back, not just in Combat, everywhere, we all know we always can depend on each other. Sadly the only thing Critical Race Theory will do is divide, destroy the Trust and Bond that has been built ! Critical Race Theory will destroy Camaraderie, Destroy a natural Bond, Destroy a Natural unity among fellow service members that does not exist in the Civilian world.

Critical Race Theory will Destroys this bond, this unity, it does this by openly LYING and CLAMMING ALL WHITES ARE BORN Bigoted, Sexist, Racist, Because whites are SMARTER, MORE INTELLIGENT, THEREFORE, it Just Natural that WE ARE BORN Bigoted, SEXIST, RACIST, It Just Natural ALL MINORITIES ARE BORN LESS INTELLIGENT, THEREFORE ARE INCAPABLE OF SUCCESS WITHOUT GOVERMENT HELP!

BECAUSE ACCORDING TO PROGRESSIVE ,WHITE, LIBERALS, MINORITIES ARE INCAPABLE OF FINDING AND GETTING A STATE ID FROM THE LOCAL (DMV) Department of Motor Vehicles. this is the Goal of the Left destroy, Divide, in order to get or Seize the American citizen rights, freedoms, get political power, wealth for themselves and there party's I My self do not Believe the Open Lies That The Elected official are Pushing with there Critical Race Theory, I believe it is all lies! I Believe the Organization that is pushing and teaching Critical Race Theory is the Bigots, Sexist, Racist, Individuals, they are the Greatest Threat to America National security!

l Believe every single American Citizen is perfectly Capable of finding and getting a State ID, unless they have a Mental disorder. I do not Believe any Minority's is Incapable of doing anything they set there minds to. it not Conservatives who are the Bigoted Racist! I know this because we believe in and want to Protect the Declaration of Independence, United States Constitution, Bill Of Rights.

Every military member Should be Required to read, Understand, the Articles of CONFEDERATION, Declaration Of Independence, United States Constitution, Bill Of Rights and should be able to answer the Five (W) The Who, What, When, Where, and Why?

No. By its name, CRT is a theory which, if you abide by military regs and leadership principles has no practical application in the military. We all became equal when we had our hair shaved off or reported to basic training.

Absolutely NOT. Talk about misinformation. We are all created equally.

Absolutely NOT. CRT is nothing more than an indoctrination in racism falsely labeled as a class. It serves no logical purpose, it's not needed in the military and definitely not needed in public schools where it makes kids feel bad about themselves. CRT is a bad dangerous joke that no one should be a victim of.

CRT is crap. No one born today is guilty of causing slavery or keeping minorities "in their place". But for too long, legally embedded race based discrimination is a sin that has been ignored, expanded and embraced by succeeding generations. It is a sin of our forefathers that should be attacked by each new generation. If we choose inaction or willful ignorance then the sins of our forefathers becomes our sin as well. The damage of the Tulsa riots pale in comparison to the damage done by redlining and other such discriminatory practices that prevented targeted minorities from building their fair share of individual wealth. The real history of legalized discrimination is what should be mandatory in all military leadership courses.

This has no place in the military. We must not even suggest any thing that compares individuals in any sort of groupings. We are still trying to clear out the mess we have already created with what cultures have instilled in our systems. There is no way that we can have people in basic training without
a previous life. We have to be taught to live with our fellow man. You can't expect to them to forget their past experience. In the few weeks they are in basic training, getting them to so thing together as a unit it hard enough. It a shame we have to train men to be able fight. This very fact is instilling the feeling of I am better than someone else. I am a retired Air Force NCO. I am proud pf the service and what I was able to gain from it. I also seen the things I did not like in my time. I guess when I look back on it, I set on a bobber throughout the 21 years I was in. I was assigned a noncombative field. It was an important field. Teletype Operator Direct duty assignment to OJT because I already typed. I worked in that for 16 years and rank was so in coming to I crossed trained to Telecom System Control. It was instilled in us that we were a cut above everyone. We were in control of the systems. I didn't think much about it until the last few years when I look back at what that did to me and how I responded to those instructions. It fed my ego until I was going to have to interact as controllers with a teletype operator. That is when something that was taught to me by my boss when I worked in a drive in cafe while in high school. I learned later that it was customer service. Every one you have to deal with in a job is a customer. Out side is one and the one in the company is in house customer. You are serving all. You treat all with respect and it will be returned.

CRT is political, divisive and counter productive. It has no place in the military.
