Should we remove combat patches to be sensitive to those who don't have them?

The only ones voting for this is the ones who don’t have one. They earned so they should wear it.

You have two choices you little ass wipes going to your safe spaces or staying long enough you'll get your freaking combat patch when you earn it like everyone else had to.

When I entered service in 1978, almost every NCO had a patch on the right shoulder from Vietnam. I can only imagine what would have happened if someone said something as inane as "Maybe we should remove these patches because they make the new recruits feel bad." Hell, making new recruits feel bad was a major part of training in the pre-snowflake Army. You were nothing. Dirt. You had to earn respect. Others didn't put aside their earned respect so you would feel better about being dirt. I and many others didn't stay dirt. We excelled, PT'd, did what you have to do to earn the respect of your fellow warriors.

And I would strip my right sleeve for no man.

You want a patch? Then step and earn one! Otherwise shut the hell up!

Suck it up. Pay your dues. Half tight face front lean and rest position move. Stay there till you get your mind right.

Are you fucking kidding me I went to a reserve unit where three are only three of us with out them they need to get out of there feelings and understand they need to earn that shit

I would like to know wich one of their parents dropped them down the flight of stairs. Weed the weak. Fill the space with someone who deserves to breathe the oxygen.
