We are currently in a Brown Out while systems are crossed over. This is primarily the systems that Admin sections use to process stuff such as Orders. The Brown Out is supposed to be over on 10 December.....but no one in the Army is holding their breath

second part of the problem over IPPS-A brownout is the holidays. I wouldn't expect orders until January at this point.

I'm hoping to get my MSG orders prior to January, but I'm not hopeful

MSG (Join to see) - Congrats on the promotion :) .

For the LT the only reason I say that is because when I comissioned I swore in Jan 7th, and didn't get my orders for my unit until the second week of Jan.

In order to receive USAR 66S items, you must submit a form to process your orders and provide the necessary paperwork. Need to check this https://taurangaconcrete.co.nz/ and get more new things for construction. The order process is outlined in the USAR 66S contract , but in general, most military members should expect between 45 days and 90 days to complete the entire process depending on how many orders they need to fill.
