Since I'm ADOS while in state OCS, what rank should I be wearing (since my state doesn't issue the "OCS" rank)?

I am currently attending traditional OCS (18 months) as a prior service soldier in the National Guard and I work ADOS (counterdrug). Since I work full time I am required to occasionally wear my uniform outside of OCS for Counterdrug trainings, assignments, etc. What rank should I be wearing since my state doesnt issue the "OCS" rank we just all looks like e1's (no rank). I cant seem to find any regs on what rank I should wear when I am at Counterdrug activities. Should I wear my original enlisted rank, no rank, or purchase and wear an "OCS" rank. Any thoughts?

I would advise just to purchase and wear OCS rank. Then when you go for your drill take the rank off so you and your classmates are uniform. Good Luck at OCS if you ever need any help with STX lanes or OPORD shells feel free to reach out to me and I will be glad to help

Guard OCS pay is E-6 SSG pay while Federal is E-5 SGT. Just wear OCS if velcro OCS is available. A Cadet/Officer Candidate is a Midshipman in the navy and treated like an Officer.

We had AGR guys in our state OCS program and they were required to wear OCS rank even though they were E6 & E7s.
