With the recent amount of stolen valor it is hard to keep up with all the different threads being posted here on RallyPoint. From this point forward if you have a stolen valor question, comment, and or post, then add it here. The posts that currently exist will stay, as we don't want to lose the already existing discussion content. If you have started a stolen valor post prior to this and wish to have it merged to this one then feel free to let me know and I will merge that for you. The initial post will be gone but the discussion content will be merged to this posting.

And again it's for my weekly "Why are we wasting our time with this" comment.
This guy has been featured all over the internet as a known case of Stolen Valor. A PV1 in White Cycle can point out what is wrong with this guy. What good, if any, does this do for us here other than for people to point out obvious issues with this piece of crap who got his stuff from Ranger's Joe?

Because it breaks up the seriousness of the other topics. So why not have it?

While I agree that we need to have fun here and not everything needs to be about uniforms and PT, there has been a huge shift in the topics of posts that have landed here recently. Some of us here are trying to provide posts that engage the members, that encourages them to think of possible solutions or share ideas that the group can walk away with and apply in their own situation. I myself have posted a few slots poking at these Stolen Valor idiots. However, with the recent change as I just mentioned, I feel that RallyPoint is becoming something it wasn't meant to be.
