I bet the Animals in the Animal kingdom get better support....I wonder what their wait times are?

It's worse because Disney World does indeed measure wait times. My family and I have been part of this process several times. They give you a card with a time written on it when you get on line. When you reach the head of the line, you give the card to another attendant who then notes the time.

Disney also has the FASTPASS for people that does not want to wait in lines. Is the Secretary going to implement this for the VA so that Veterans that have money can pay more so they can go to the front of the line ? What a terrible statement from him. I bet he is not waiting for any of his health care..... makes me sick.

He's guilty of making a bad analogy that appeared flippant.

That said when you go to Disneyland you might pay $100 for a ticket. Well to use the VA Medical system many paid LITERALLY with an arm and or a leg, some with their hearing and/or eyesight. Some with their mental stability. Many because a spouse was not able to deal with the support requirements or emotional turmoil, paid with their marriages.

Perhaps he could have made that comparison had the VA had the customer satisfaction that Disneyland enjoys. But since veterans have actually died because of mismanaging appointments and fraudulent actions are taken to cover up the mismanagement, all the while those responsible are getting bonuses, then HELL THE F*** NO YOU DON'T GET TO BE FLIPPANT!

I LOVE THE THREE VA MEDICAL CENTERS I USE REGULARLY, and this is capitalized so the members of RP have not doubt about that !!!

Well, in fairness, many people have called the VA a "Mickey Mouse operation".
