Counseling is crazy expensive, it's amazing they offer this. Jump into some counseling if everything is going well.

With this being confidential non-medical counseling, I can see it reducing a lot of anxiety service members & families feel when reaching out for help.

Still on Active Duty and I've used the non-medical counseling they offer during a super difficult time in my life. It was awesome and I definitely told all of my co-workers about it. They had no idea it existed. Glad you are all here for us!
