Take down the "should a 2LT salute a 1LT question!!!!!" I have PTS and it's messing with my D!

Enough is enough already. Anyone who was a 2LT when this thing started has been promoted by now.

The 1st and 2nd should be replaced with LT(S) and LT(N)---salutable and nonsalutable.

For now that works, but in 2 years my rank would be LT(S)(P). That just doesn't look right.
