The military did a study and found that high numbers of paratroopers receive TBI's from parachuting.  Should this be looked into more?

Absolutely. I have several friends who have been diagnosed due to bad landings (feet, a$$, head) etc. I myself have been knocked myself out on a jump. (Hit a 5 ton dump on Sicily DZ) lol

PFC Glen King, and I thought that TBI were required before you could be a parachutist.

Why? We know what happens when the chute opens and the riggers didn't pull out the stones and branches, or when your head slams into the ground on a 25 knot jump, or...

I will volunteer to take the money if offered for a study, though.
