We have seen many things about our POTUS that many do not like about him, and while we have all had leaders we did not like, we could usually pick out a few things, or traits/characteristics you could use or emulate.
So, list the things you do like, keep it professional as always. What did momma say? "If you have nothing nice to say, don't say nothing all."
I'll start:
(1) President Obama broke the racial barrier. He earned an education, became a Senator and a lawyer and is now the President.
(2) He has given millions a hope that one day they can do something great, especially those from under privileged areas.
(3) He has largely supported the military until as of recently with the downsizing, which is inevitable in every decade, our leaders have to make cuts...we keep only the best and brightest, right?
(4) He is a very supportive husband and father, and we need strong father role models in today's society where fathers are as rare as a long term-marriage.
I believe he honestly wants good things for America...I don't necessarily agree with the way he is going about it.
(5) He authorized the killing of Osama Bin Laden.
I know there aren't many fans on RP, but if there is something you like, share it if you dare.

I like that he will be out of office in a few months. I like that he could not break the backs of our great country even though he tried his best.

Ok so Obama gave us the Post 9 11. You can give that money to your kids, or use it. IT pays your and college. Name another President that has done that. That is all. God bless America and Obama a man who cares for Military and vets.

Nothing. For those that say's he broke barriers. The only barrier he broke was brain washing poeple to vote for him, YES he is the first black president. Good for him, all the other barriers have been broke by other people.
He is an eletist that doesn't have a clue how the real world works and survives. Coming from privilege, not to be confused with the "White Privilege" the media and leftist schools are pushing.
As far as questioning the status quo, that's fine and dandie when that push for "Change" and "Forward" is within the law and the constitution.

I don't undertand why it's easy to oppose a person. What do we expect he didn't came to power when the country was in good shape. I do believe that all though we keep saying we have let a side color. Most of the comments that I could read are base in many cases on racist backgrounds. What you think that our prior presidents where good NO. So stop basing your believes on that.
I am againts abortion True but also I belive that every person has a reason for which they do what they do. They are so many kids that are abandon and don't have a home and a shelter or any one to call a family and in many cases. You have not idea what may have influence the decision of a woman to end her pregnancy.
Also seriously petroleum prices at least made it down for a little bit compare to our prior leaders who own most of the petroleum companies and guess who help them to make more money. Whoa!
The service has cut down on the number of troops. That has always happen. To be honest I am in an a new soldier compared to the career that many have. I agree with getting rid of people that has forgotten what we joint for, the image that we supposed to portrait, what we represent, and have become comfortable with their position and care nothing about teaching and influence others. Am sorry but I have encounter some people that makes me a shame of seen them wearing the uniform.
Please don't think I am a lover of everything that he does, but stop basing everything you said on color. The question clearly above ask you about your opinion, not about minotities and racist complications. Let go of ignorance please. I dislike his medical bill and many other things. What do you expect the men to make a miracle. Bush shit in the country for years and you expect whom to fixed. It takes years to see the mess that a president had made.
You want a free country. Freedom has consequences and comes at a price.

SPC Silver, your first sentence is quite interesting considering you demean President Bush towards the end of your response. Simple question: Do you support everyone? If not, do you then oppose some individuals? Is it easy to oppose them?

First of all. I do not diminish none of the presidents SSG Redondo. It's a blog to give a free opinion. I just do not agree with the fact that many start with the I will not be racist word on their sentence and finished in the opposite way. I don't support any of the political parts at the moment. We were really not left with two many options on the voting elections and seen won't be in these future one. I am sure that whom ever gets elected either or not the person that I choose. What's important it's that they do their job to their best and just help us keep the country strong.
