This defense of innocence of Chris Kyle's murder because he has PTSD is BS. What do you think?

Does that make sense that PTSD would cause one to kill their peers trying help them?
This is a dangerous president, blue on blue is not what anyone thinks out of the blue without provication; unless he had intent to kill. This murder claimed Islam, drug use and now PTSD. What he his defense is saying is that PTSD makes you a danger to those trying to help you. Everyone I know with PTSD are drawn to those with common experience.
