Thoughts on the shelling between North and South Korea?

Hoping that they both come to their senses before our brothers and sisters in arms and allies are placed in harms way.

Artillery is being exchanged. Tensions are high. The already tenuous situation feels like it's eroding faster. Are we on the verge of another Korean war? Why or why not? What will it be like 2 to 5 years from now?
