To those with defined abs what are the exercises that you do to get them?

LTC (Join to see) Sir, by the way I train, I should look like a bodybuilder. Truth is that I love eating, a lot. If I could have more discipline eating, I would see better results. Diet is the key.

The stop eating (and much worse-drinking) sugar exercise. It's a tough one.

Body fat
Abs is about getting your Body fat % low enough that your Core shows through.

Most people have great abs. They just have a layer of skin, fat, and water covering them up. It's not until you get below 12%~ BF% that you can actually see the 6 Pack. The only way to do that is to trim fat. Trim enough fat, and your abs show.

That said, you can make your abs bigger, and more defined doing standard core exercises, however they won't show through until you get your BF% low enough.
