These aren't genre specific, but I want your all time favorite no matter how cheesy they might be. I will start with mine (in no particular order):
1. Clue
2. The Labyrinth
3. Usual Suspects
4. The Goonies
5. Fight Club

We can get more genre specific and/or expand on this top later.

yeah, and I'm not going to actually admit that 'run away run away' may have found a way into some training exercises before, but then if it did, it would have been while I was in a field hospital, not combat arms :)

SGT Scott Curtice to your list I have to add:

Classics: The Quiet Man (Wayne/O'Hara)
Geek Side: Logan's Run & Soylent Green "Soylent Green is people!"
Kid In Me: Toy Story series
For Laughs: you already have most of the best. Would add "Life of Brian" and "Spaceballs"

In order:

1) Seven

Such a great movie. Deep, dark, and the ending always gets me. "What's in the box?!?"

2) Fight Club

Another terrific movie. Twisted, but hilarious too.

3) Spaceballs

The best comedy movie of all time. Mel Brooks at his best.

4) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World

Action, comedy, and nerdiness. What more can you ask for?

5) Idiocracy

No explanation necessary.

To pick a favorite movie would be VERY difficult for me. Picking a top 5 wouldn't be easy. But here goes.

Highlander
The Princess Bride
The Fifth Element
The Karate Kid (Original)
Tombstone
