I don't know who is running the show in the Tucson VA, but they need to take over for the state of Arizona! It is night and day compared to Phoenix. Leave all the stereotypes behind regarding slow VA care. I put in a request to be a volunteer today just so I can get a better "behind the scenes" first hand account of what makes them shake, rattle, and hum. SAME DAY appointments with a psychiatrist?! Unbelievable!

Another home run for the Tucson team. I'm telling you, these people need to be CLONED. The director needs to get assigned elsewhere and fix problems as needed. Well done, Sir!

Mind-blowing. It's sad that only 100+ miles away it is absolute chaos in Phoenix.
