Yeah, I can never figure out why I can wake up that early either. Never wanted to while i was on active duty.

wakee-up in the morning and pray for all enlisted men and nco that they don,t get skewed over by a company commander who thinks he,s god and can run everything by himself.

Good for you.
Wish I could still do some pushups but medically can't.
Still can do situps with help of my pullup bar to do the situps.

I usually wake up around 0530, read my hometown newspaper (on line) and the local paper while having a cup of coffee.
At 0730 or near that time, I check my sugar level and take my morning shots then have breakfast with my wife.
At sometime during this period I shower and dress for the day so that the wife will join me for breakfast.

Go for my morning jog
Shower
Suit up for work
Grab a bagel for breakfast / Pick up breakfast from WaWa
Work
