Why can't we do things like this? Why do we have to play by t he rules when no-one does?

What rules are they breaking? I think they are just taking advantage of the fact that they look like the people who hate them. Sadly, pasty white or Asian or black Americans (whichever) don't look much like Bedouins or Persians and we can't get away with it.
