We have a new e-learning platform and are looking to make it an opportunity for veterans first. Is there enough veterans looking for an opportunity in the tech e-learning to have about 5,000-50,000 sales reps in the USA?

THe video does a poor job of actually saying what is going on.

Thanks Jim for the feedback. The video was designed to start the conversation and see if people were interested in hearing more about the opportunity. The independent sales reps get 10% of the video purchase price for the life of the videos, even if you no longer are trying to get people onto the platform. So, if the person who uploaded the video had 100,000 purchases then you as the rep would get $10,000 for that one video. If you got someone that had a really amazing video on the system and they had 1,000,000 purchases then you would make $100,000. The more people you get to use the platform the more of a venue stream you get.
The cost to the rep is the time that they put into it to explain to content providers the benefits of monetizing their skills/experiences. We offer free training on the system and how it works for people that want to try the opportunity. Hope that helps if you want more information please email me at [login to see] We are new and working out the bugs so any constructive criticism is appreciated and welcome. Thank you for your service.

I think if anyone can take a new idea/technology into a marketplace and make it successful, it will be Veterans. Maybe I am just partial to Veterans, though?

Regardless of the product, with 50,000 reps, what does their compensation package look like? If I knew there were even 5,000 reps selling the same product, I'd already be looking to move on. If I'm going to excel as a sales rep, I have to differentiate myself: Price, Service, Quality --pick any two. By the way, what's the product?

The product is a free video based platform for teachers/instructors to use to make micro-tutoring videos. They can charge from $1-$5 for the videos. The rep that brought them to the platform makes 10% of the value for the video, forever. If the video is purchased 10,000 times they make $1000, 100,000 they make $10,000. The reason that we need so many is there is an unbelievable amount of knowledge out there that people would like to monetize but this type of platform has not existed before. Hope that helps. Cost to become a rep is just your time to get trained onto the system for content providers. This is not a pyramid scheme or any multi-level marketing company. Thank you for your service and inquiring about us.
