We have all had a subordinate that needed to go. What are some Rating Bullets you have used that were both funny and sad but true?

We have all had to write an evaluation form on a subordinate. As leaders we have all had a subordinate that should go do something else. What NCOER/OER bullets have you used or seen that while being funny are just way too sad that they were actually true.
For example I used this once "Displays the military bearing and discipline expected of an IET Private"

In Part V box b: "List 3 positions in which the rated NCO could best serve the Army at his/her current or next higher grade" I said:
1. Drive-up window of a Fast food restaurant.
2. Driver for Pizza Delivery
3. Walmart greeter.
Platoon Sgt. rewrote the entire NCOER.
Oh, the Soldier was displaying overt signs of "Short-timers Syndrome", and had planed to ETS and not join the Reserve component when he returned home.

MSgt Kurt S. Blahblahblah... Do you think we haven't heard that a million times? Do you really think none of this is vindictive? Ask yourself why, why does every person always work towards ending the careers of one specific coworker? Is it because they think they're inferior human beings, or is it a shameless substitute for assault and battery?

You have a point, but it's on a case-by-case basis. Yes, there are some people in the armed forces that are needlessly brutal to subordinates just because they get off being cruel to subordinates.
Then again, there are a fair amount of useless individuals that never should have been enlisted (or commissioned), where comments like what we see here are actually merited. My guess is these comments hit a little close to home for you; either you or a buddy of yours have been on the receiving end of some disciplinary actions you thought weren't merited.
I wasn't there; I don't know whether it was right, wrong, or somewhere in between. But ease up. One day you'll have a subordinate that needs serious correction, and you'll probably need to laugh about it so that you don't kill the miserable whelp. And try to remember that, assuming leadership isn't being unprofessional, we place serious requirements for performance on our service members because if we fail at our jobs, people die. Some people just aren't cut out for that level of responsibility, and that's fine. It's just life. Nobody is hurting anybody here. Lighten up.
