Yep! I'm giving this spoiled, ignorant, disrespectful POS, Emma Becker, her two minutes of fame because I just cannot seem to maintain my anger.
1. WTH IS WRONG WITH OUR YOUTH?
2. WHAT THE HELL ARE HER PARENTS TEACHING HER?
3. With shit like this, I really think taking her little Twitter privileges away is a great start at punishment.
But I know! We protect her right to say something that's absolutely unforgivable. I'm not perfect...

I'm getting asked "why are you spreading this or that," or actually being TOLD to stop... So here is my response to that!!!
I want this to follow her for the rest of her years. I want employers to look her up and see this. Do I want her on welfare? No, But I want her to know, like with so MANY others, that what you say CAN BE HELD AGAINST YOU!!!

How many of us Killed every single day we were in the military? I know I have been asked if the military was just awful, people thinking we are always riding HUMVEES or shooting people, living in tents... Have y'all been to McDill AFB? That place is AWESOME! I always answered that it was probably the most fun and most thrilling job I had ever had WHILE DEPLOYED, other than that, it is like every other persons work day. So no, We dont "Literally" only get paid to kill people.

I mean this kind of stuff goes back to the Vietnam War and even before that. It's about damn time, I say, that we stand up for ourselves instead of turning the other cheek like we always do.

And heck yeah, I feel we are deserved some sort of respect. I don't ask for it tho, unless it is from my daughter. Those that think we shouldn't unless we were called up, I mean, seriously??? Whatever. If you feel we can be disrespected, not only as Service Members, but also as adults, well, that would explain your vote down and I have nothing for you.

This wretched creature is a result of the "progress" made within the public school system. Which is, coincidentally, controlled by the very left leaning democrats.
- In many public schools kids now a days are being lied to about the Constitutional Amendments and the history of our nation.
- In many public schools they're taught to be ashamed of our nation and those who protect it.
- Any coincidence that the Pledge of Allegiance has been removed in all public schools?
- Any coincidence that many high school graduates need to take remedial math and comprehension courses just to qualify for gen ed college courses?
- Any coincidence that according to PISA, in 2000 the US ranked 14th (Science) and 18th (Math) globally, and as of 2012 ranks 34th in both categories?
- Any coincidence that many graduates of public high school can't name the 1st President of the US, don't know this nation's history, and have no knowledge of or care for the Constitution?
- Any coincidence that cursive writing is no longer taught in schools? Wouldn't want a student to be able to read our nation's Constitution as it was written by the Founders would we...?

Read Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals. It's an absolute "how to" manual on being a liberal. Then check into former Weather Underground founder Bill Ayers. That pig. Only person I've ever heard of that can form a domestic terrorist organization that KILLED PEOPLE and not only never serve a day in jail for it, but end up spending 20+ years as a professor at University of Illinois at Chicago.

Wow! One day she will grow up and realize that the military is not as she thinks it is. My brother had a similar attitude during Vietnam era. Then he got hired by a Japanese firm and spent 6 months in Japan. When he came back his whole attitude changed. He was too old by then to join the military but he finally understood what we are fighting for. Some day this young lady will have a rude awakening and will realize what she "tweeted" was insensitive and that this country is worth "killing" for.

Right on with the Brian Williams thing...I got a great laugh on that. thank you. A number of us on Rally Point went to the Defense Information School (DINFOS) for broadcasting, photo-journalism, journalism and public affairs, etc. Had Brian Williams worked for me, he would have been out on his butt---of course, he would not have earned $5 million a year in the Army, either. Integrity is so lacking as is skill and training in many cases of TV journalism. Where did Gayle King all of a sudden get creds to be on CBS...she has not proven to me that she has a candle of ability in journalism or broadcasting skills. Her ignorance shows so often. Have to get the news from DW and the Brits.

Lets remember most folks know nothing of the military and the further they are away from a base the worse they get. I was a recruiter from 2008-2011 and we had kids that would come in thinking they were going to get drafted.

Does she have the right to say that? Absolutely; she is entitled to that view. As a Marine, I know that is our job- anyone serving is either a) killing people or b) supporting the ones killing people. I don't care if your job in the Army is "tactical radio DJ", your prerogative is building the morale of the guys killing people. She is 100% correct on that one, and I not only agree that we kill people, I'm also damn proud of the fact that we do what we do, upholding traditions and representing the world's elite, while doing a whole bunch of good, killing bad guys and winning the hearts and minds. But I digress...
