I like the way DuoLingo works. It reminds me of Rosetta Stone. I was pissed when the military moved to HeadStart.

http://www.lingnet.org is a good site. It has an online diagnostic assessment which allows you to test and get an approximation of your scores.

I use products from the DLI homepage.
There was a really good site I used called dlpt.net that I used to study Korean, but it was taken down.

babbel, and there's another app that allows me to create flashcards - that's been one of the more beneficial apps in regards to sustaining my vocabulary. Other than that, having a LHD doesn't hurt.

Right now, I'm using ChineseSkill for Mandarin and Nemo Tagalog for Filipino.
