I would like to reenlist and do 6 months of school with my reenlistment, I’ve heard of soldiers doing that but I don’t know my chances of getting it, I would like some
Insight before going to talk to my retention nco, who has the ultimate saying if I get it or not and what I need to do to get it

SFC Retention Operations Nco
There is no Army Reenlistment Program for school. Also, your Retention NCO has no say in what you get. Your Retention NCO works on your behalf to get whatever is available at the time.

The school you're referring to is a Commanders incentive program. Commanders can add additional incentives to encourage Soldiers to reenlist. Most large posts have an education incentive provided by the Division or Corps commander that if a Soldier reenlists for stabilization they can get a semester or two of college not to exceed six months. The terms and requirements are spelled out in a policy letter if your post has it, and it's something you need to clear with your command team ahead of time as to when you will be able to use it.
