Been following this Selection Prep Program from Soflete and can honestly say I’ve improved in fitness levels overall. Do you all have any preference in workout programs that you recommend to your fellow subordinates?

I don't really recommend any particular programs anymore. Throughout the years I've tried a number of programs including CrossFit, Garage Gym Athlete, and Military Athlete (I think it's called Mountain Tactical now). In my squad leader days I would often adapt whatever program I was using at the time for my Soldiers. These days I'm working as a PT Intern and I get asked to recommend specific programs a lot by patients, but I generally don't because I don't want it to seem like an endorsement. I give more general advice on what to look for in a well-rounded program.

I've actually been using SOFLETE myself the past few months and I like it a lot. I really like that they have a half dozen or so different programming tracks that you can follow based on your goals. I've been following the Basic track myself because it has a good balance of strength and stamina training. The mobility work at the beginning and/or end of the workout is great for injury prevention as well. I've also been using their Nutrition program as well. The recipes are actually pretty good.

SOFLETE is new to me. But after looking at the site, I'm digging the "Suck Less" shirt. To bad its sold out.

I'm not one to recommend programs as there are a boat load of them. Plus, most guys look at you like you think your the second coming of the fitness guru. That being said, I've actually enjoyed a new program from AthleanX.com. Jeff the owner has some excellent YouTube videos about tons of different workout techniques, how to be safe in the gun, nutrition and a bunch more. As a former CFT, I was very impressed by his teaching techniques and information. He's a whole new level of info and a breath of fresh air when looking at the same jokers from the Beachbody stable. Give it a gander.

All clear, but which company makes quality SARMS? Who can answer this question for me? I have found many reviews on the internet that Chinese SARMS are the worst, but which are the best? My buddy Ashton advised me to start with MK-2866. He said that these SARMS are more suitable for beginners. I found a list of the best companies that make SARMS, click for more info here https://www.deccanherald.com/brandspot/pr-spot/where-to-buy-sarms-for-sale-list-of-the-best-sarms-companies-1162274.html . I don't want to buy too expensive drugs, but at the same time, I want to take only high-quality pills. Please advise me on something. Where can I buy high-quality SARMS at a reasonable price? Thank you!
