Current situation or historical context?

Go to the Long War Journal site... plenty to read and re-read there.. critical info and critical thinking that are past where CENTCOM is often focused..

The actual best site on Syria went down about 3 weeks ago - and it is hard to get constant up to date info that is not spun on most sites. Sure wish the Institute for the Study of War site was back,,
