what are some good courses for promotion points that are on ALMS?

If you are in a medical MOS or interested in the medical field, you can do the following courses:

081-CBRNE HPC HOSPITAL CBRNE PREPAREDNESS COURSE- 73 Hours
081-CBRNE CONWP CONV WARFARE PREPAREDNESS FOR HLTHCARE- 50 Hours
081-CBRNE CWP CHEM WARFARE PREPAREDNESS FOR HLTHCARE PROVID- 65 Hours
081-68D OPERATING ROOM SPECIALIST SUST- 135 Hours
081-68W10 HEALTHCARE SPECIALIST SUST- 230 Hours
081-18D SPECIAL OPERATIONS MED SGT SUST- 281 Hours
081-18DPREP SPECIAL OPERATIONS MED SGT PREP- 144 Hours

You can register for all of these courses through ATRRS, but they will be
administered through the ALMS system.

To make Sgt, you need a total of 400+ hours. I forgot the exact number, but
the point distribution changes every now and again, so I would recommend
doing at least 500 hours so that you should always be able to max out in
that category on your PPW (your 3355).

All the computer courses on ATRRS skillport, their only an hour each but you can finish them pretty fast and the hours rack up quick, and they automatically show on your ERB.

Defense distribution management gives you the most bang for your buck

I did the 18D Special Forces Medical Sergeant Course. 281 hours. It's tough but pretty rewarding for the knowledge and the hours obtained

Also keep in mind take courses that are combine with your MOS and some are worth college credits as well.. Shoot at the 300meter target and not 150meter when it comes to ACCP points

CBRNE course, Very easy and over 100 hours. 3 of the 20-something tests require high scores and cannot be gamed. However, once you get past those 3, the rest area easssssyyyy.

Look up the army approved list and it will give you all the JKO, ATTARS classes and how many points they are worth. WLC come January will no longer be worth 80points
