Looking for suggestions on good correspondence courses to take. Need to boost my promotion points so that I can get promoted. Thank you very much!

Not sure if it still exists, but two of the largest correspondence courses that gave the most amount of promotion points were HAZMAT and DRMO. It used to be a 5 to 1 conversion of correspondence points to promotion points and each of those courses were worth over 200 correspondence points a piece.

Well I don't know how it works in the Army, but in the Marines, we have an MOS roadmap which basically details where we should be in regards to knowledge, billet, extra courses, and martial arts. If I have everything completed for the current rank, then I start working on the requirements for the next rank. By the time I get promoted, I should have already completed everything that is expected of the next higher rank.

Oh I also wanted to point out if you go to the ACCP sight you can get a list of courses that are also ACE College credit courses and which ones give what hours
If you dont have a drivers badge look up the regulation and google the Memo to be signed by the LTC. My Battery's Master Driver is submitting mine right now. you need at least a valid 348-R1 (TMP License from the TMP Motor pool and 12 months no accidents (one year term in korea)
Also taking an ASE certification exam and getting recognized may help get you a Mechanics Badge (Not to mention the special tab that states for operation of certain equipment) another badge I am applying for that I might the criteria for and Im not a Mechanic.

Having the civilian education section maxed out, there is very little I can do aside from CC.
I would say work on bettering your pt/qual scores.

SPC DelArroyo, as a former president of a promotion board, I liked to ask soldiers who max out if they stop learning just because they don't get extra points. And you never know when the point system will change as it often does....then you are scrambling. While you cannot control awards, you can control how much you know. That confidence will come across to people so that they start wondering why you have not been promoted. And they will see you and rate you differently as a result--always seeking self improvement--and value to the Army (or any employer). By the time you are considered for senior NCO, you will have a nice thick file of things YOU did rather than waiting for the Army to send you to a school.

Skillport is, in my opinion, the best way. Also, if you don't have civilian education maxed out, some of the courses on Skillport can be used to attain college credits for civilian ed points AS WELL AS military education. Take those and take advantage of the double-dipping opportunity.
Here's a link for a guide on how you can take those courses. It takes some more effort than just doing the normal courses, but if you need to milk as many points as possible, it's worth trying:
