Just a note...
Four days ago my eldest grandson reported to Ft. Leonard to start his basic training.

In 1993, I was up for reenlistment. It would have given me 24 years of service. Instead, I took retirement at 20 years because we had a low-life POS president that thought that what he had going on under his desk in the oval office was more important than a Blackhawk going down, all on board killed, and their bodies were being dragged behind trucks through the streets of Somalia. For previous presidents I would have taken a bullet for them. For this president I'm talking about, I would step aside and allow a bullet a clean route of travel. With that thought at that time, I could no longer honor the oath I took. When the new president in 2001 came in I was willing yo honor my oath, but I was considered too old to come back in. In 2009-2017 our county was being destroyed by what I believe was an illegal in the oval office, but in 2017 we got a president that cared about our country and the people. I would take a bullet for him!
So there is a krazy story for you...
