I dunno..I usually dont mention that I'm a veteran. Sometimes I'll have my hat on and they will notice but 90% I check out and remember about the discount after I've paid. Oh well...still just a person.

Yeah.... I rember laying on the floor of my Garage as Bank of America was trying to foreclose on my house.. and all these people wanted to come in and look before the sale... I was sleeping 18 hours a day full of Psych meds and addicted to Provigil.. waiting and waiting years for the VA appeals. The Army gave me 40% retitement then took 20% away..meaning Zero...kicking me to the curb.. NG kicked me out 10 months later and back dated the orders to 1 day after the Army discharge... and refused any BA pay. 16 good years..Bankruptcy saved my home... but as I laid on the floor in my deafness, crosseyed vision and pain.. After my wife told me to get my life together or she's leaving...I thought how nice it is to get 10% off at Lowes and a free lunch at Denny's.

after a swabbing for explosive residual.
