That picture is hilarious. That soldier looks really familiar. I wish I could read the name tag. On a side note, those people have some nasty feet..

SGT Joseph Gunderson, of course I was kidding! What do pick guards have to do with Blue Falcons? Nothing, as best I can tell!

I agree with SSG (Join to see), though, that those two could use a shower, or a foot bath, or maybe even delousing, SGT Joseph Gunderson!

SSG (Join to see) With their feet looking so nasty, I will bet the rest of their bodies are also filthy.

SGT Joseph Gunderson Blue Falcons come in all shapes and sizes. Some are just narcissist who only care about themselves. You can identify these ones by how self-absorbed they are with what is happening to them. Some are just ignorant and need to be talked to taught more about the team concept. Some are hard to detect and you don’t realize you are dealing with a Blue Falcon until the talons are already sinking in. The best way to deal with a Blue Falcon is to disassociate yourself. Of course this doesn’t apply if you are their leader. Blue Falcon doesn’t just mean snitch. It is also that person who doesn’t carry their weight when it is mission and execution time. If you’re their leader then take action as in train and discipline. If you are not in that individual’s leadership disassociate yourself and make sure your Battle Buddies are in the know. Also, get the Blue Falcon’s leadership involved and be able to explain what makes this individual a Blue Falcon.

once a Buddy F'er always a Buddy F'er, their only hope is to PCS far far away and hope nobody finds out.
