What are you looking for in terms of career development?

Would like a broadening assignment or one that is joint service.

I want to continue being able to say I'm making the most of my time in service. That includes college, MOS competence, travel opportunities, military school and courses, positively affecting others' lives, and becoming a better Soldier and man daily. 1SG, as a Signaleer, do you have any career progression tips to offer?
