What are your thoughts on Palcohol and its potential danger to those in uniform?

Palchol, powdered alcohol, is a relatively new way to purchase and consume alcohol. The flavored powder is poured into water and turns into a drink that contains alcohol. Maryland is banning it because of potential danger as some folks may inhale it, inject it, etc. What are your thoughts? Do you view it as potentially dangerous for younger service members?
