Leadership Secrets of the Rouge Warrior by Richard Marcinko
Marine The Biography of Chesty Puller
and there are many more. I got something from all of them, but you may have to read them several times to get an understanding of what the author is trying to say.

The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene. Absolute must-read.

True North by Bill George. Get a highlighter and don't be afraid to mark this book up you will keep it long term.
