What can I expect from AIT Platoon Sergeant School?

Learn to watch what you say. Today AIT soldiers you can not talk to like grunts in the field in a regular line unit. You also will learn sexual harassment will be a big deal. Please watch your words and your actions. Not say you don't already and not trying to say your a bad person or anything. I just don't want to see you fail or get in any trouble.

Tradoc Regulation 350-6 will be one of the biggest topics of discussion. You will learn some of the skills required to do this job. Review FM 7-22 and familiarize yourself with the prep drill, cd1-3, guerrilla drills, climbing drills, hip stability, core exercises, and cool down.

Go there with a positive attitude because they will not tolerate any nonsense. Becoming an AIT Platoon Sergeant will require a lot of patience. You are going to be in front of large numbers of IET Soldiers. Every move you make and everything you say matters to them.
