Old School was: (1) Nearly all the personnel I served with in the mid-60's would not recognize our leadership today. (2) My concern is specie extinction as a result of their stupidity https://tinyurl.com/sxrm4p6w

Much like anyone driving slower than you is an idiot, anyone who came much after you is not "old school". Therefore anyone in your timeframe or earlier is "old school". Unless of course it's from the point of view of the current crop- then anyone that came before you is "old school".

Funny, I think each generation has it's own 'old schoolers' In 65 when I went in it was Korean War and WWII vets that were 'old school'. When I went back in in 85 it was anyone from the 'draft era'. Today I bet it is those 'old timers' from the 1st Gulf War that are 'old school'.Today I am willing to vet those old guys from the 1st Gulf War are considered 'old school'.
