What did you do to find a job on the civilian side after the military (or AIT for guard) that was relevant to your MOS?

I’m a relatively “new” 68W having graduated in March 2019, I’ve been going to drills but haven’t done my job or any tastings where I’d actually be...a medic.
Since March, I have applied to 80 or so jobs ranging from fast food, medical assisting, personal care assistant, and anything in between to no avail.
Are there any guard resources?

Try looking up phlebotomy jobs for either clinics, hospital labs, and plasma donation centers.

SFC, a 68W cant start working in phlebotomy in the civilian sector without additional training, at least not in Georgia, alabama, or Tennessee

SPC (Join to see) - That sucks. Like a state certificate or the like? Is there somewhere that you can submit an RFI to see if you can test out for those state certs since you're a medic?

MSG (Join to see) roger, SFC. Most states only recognize NREMT license after AIT. Some advanced schools may be recognized civilian side for additional certs, but at least in Georgia, a phlebotomy cert requires a 4-6 week class

I did apply to the local VA for what was almost exactly the scope of practice taught in AIT. I waited a while and. Ever got a yes or no to the application I submitted.
