ALSO, I AM CATCHING UP ON EMAIL AT THE MOMENT AND READING MULTIPLE ISSUES OF VA NEWS. AT LEAST 50% OF THE TIME WHEN I CLICK ON A LINK TO "LEARN MORE" ABOUT SOMETHING, THE PAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE. THESE ARE NEWSLETTERS THAT ARE ONLY LESS THAN 2 MONTHS OLD. VERY DISAPPOINTING! ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS ISSUE?

HI, I USE THE VA.GOV WEBSITE AND MHV. MHV COULD BE STREAMLINED A BIT AS IT IS SOMEWHAT CUMBERSOME. THE TEXT MESSAGES ARE BIZARRE. I HAVE RECEIVED SEVERAL TEXTS ADVISING ME OF SOONER APPTS. EACH TIME EVEN THOUGH I RESPOND IMMEDIATELY, THE APPTS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

I'm a 62 yr old veteran fighting for unemployability. I have had both knees replaced ( 4 surgeries total) and am having back issues. I have had to retrain myself for battle dealing with these issues. There is not one preferred place I would recommend over another. Just keep trying!

Being able to reschedule an appointment after its canceled by looking at an availability calendar would be much more convenient then calling and scheduling one.

Local community based clinics are a Godsend and so convneient (mine is 4 miles from home and mail facility is 24 miles in Phoenix area). Such a common sense solution to VA medical service. Glad they were finally implemented a few years back. My digital tool suggestion to complement this physical infrastucture is making direct phone contact to the local clinic and staff rathe thst beign routed through the general switchboard and waiting for and dealy with a return secured message.

I'm personally good on my digital experience with the VA. I'm sorry if that doesn't do a lot for the information you're seeking. Maybe some veterans not blessed with electronics would feel differently?
