It's a blouse. The bottom part are trousers.

My Infantry Drill Sergeant warned me about Cav Scouts. Just kidding Sir. He would never educate me about Cav Scouts but now that I have learned what you guys do, and the extra perks like the hat, boots, and spurs I must say a Cav Scout sounds like the best MOS to me. Do Cav Scouts ever have medics out working with them?

I often referred to the top of the Air Force service uniform as a "blouse." I suspect this is an old-school term left over from the Army Air Corps days. Also, heard "jacket" used often. I'm sure the logistics agencies have a nomenclature for it.

Whether in OCP or UCP (Digital) it's all ACU, and I call it Top or Blouse but I guess Coat is fine. Doesn't really matter to me.
