What do you look for in a Real Estate Agent?

As a buyer I look for someone that I relate to. The biggest job the buyers agent has is to understand your needs and wants then find properties that fit within your budget. Not always as easy as that sounds.

As a seller I want someone that has the fortitude to tell me what I need to do in order for my home to sell in the time frame I need. The agent also needs to do this with price.
