What do you think of parking reserved only for military?

We don't have a parking for military, we have "Veteran" parking slots. first come, first served.
Business here place the signs at the front of their building, on their own. As a "Thank You" to all veterans who served in any branch of service. It might be just one parking slot, but I've used it shopping at business, more than once.
Here on Guam also, any veteran driver's license is free for 5 years, but when you do come in for renewal, you are required by law, to take the eye testing, a qualification that you do see all the arrows, not the Indians. Lol

I understand how business's would want to show appreciation for military veterans, however, I'm a very humble person and would feel like an ass if I used this parking space. Save it for somebody who truly needs it, such as expecting mothers, the handicapped, etc.

I'm the same exact way- I would never use a parking spot like that. I don't even accept military discounts.

The Home Depots here in Oregon each have several "Reserved for Veterans" parking spaces. They're up front, and I use them without hesitation.
