Was it published somewhere? If not, it is boneheaded, no disciplinary action is warranted, however, if it was published, with her consent, she should be called onto the carpet.

If it was that long ago, and if it was leaked against her will, although in bad taste, it is a non-issue. Â I think a good talking too and her informing others not to have pictures taken of them that could be viewed as inappropriate, because they CAN and DO come out.Â

It is not a "non-issue". Â The AF has an obligation to address it formally or ensure that it was already formally addressed. Â Now the question is what is appropriate accountability. Â The real question, we should be asking ourselves and surveying, is what is the appropriate punishment......as a military we are losing our consistency in handling accountability to good order and discipline, because there is so much latitude for Commanders to take action, that accountability is not being learned.
Todd Lupold, perhaps a new question to consider, or even a survey tool with the picture, could be to choose: What should the minimum punishment be to uphold good order and discipline for this photo?

This is very distastful, first very sexual suggestive, second disrespectful to those that are missing in action. Yes she should be discipline not for being a moran, because she was in uniform and we exspect more from those in Uniform.

Yea, I would say that is a definite violation under Article 134 of the UCMJ. Someone needs to counsel that airman.
