What do you think the world would be like if Adolph Hitler would've won WWII?

I always wondered what would it be like. Something tells me his regime wouldn't last long. There would be constant fights, disputes, and continuation of medieval era.
Current Middle Eastern ISIS movement shows a great parallelism as well in my opinion. But something tells me the movement will die down within a few months either due to lack of funding or internal failures just as Hitler's accomplishments would if his army would've won

A century later... whiter, but that's about it.
In the end, the German army, powerful though it may be, wouldn't be big enough to HOLD all of what he took. He would be overthrown, beaten back, and crushed. Germany would probably be divided up, not like at the end of WWII, but each portion annexed, probably after the existing population was wiped out in revenge.

If Hitler won WWII... hmm, my mother is german so I wonder what I would be doing now? Also, Rallypoint wouldn't exist. On a real note, I think it would have just led to a build up of WWIII. I think Hitler would have had a continued battle against the communisim and the Allied front.
