What do you use your chaplain for?

Reflecting after performing funeral detail I encouraged my Soldiers to talk to the chaplain throughout the week as they are dealing with their emotions. I started thinking of how much I rely on the chaplain (and believe me I am grateful everyday for my chaplain and the new addition to his team). I often joke with him that he is an honorary platoon leader in my company. In what ways do you incorporate the chaplain into your unit? It may be interesting to see if there are ways that others have not thought of in the past.
