CPL (Join to see) - In this case, the Promotion List is for those that are recommended for promotion and are awaiting a couple of things: Meet Points, or an Open Slot. In other words, it's the Promotable List.

Mandatory List Integration (MLI) (RA and USAR AGR only). All fully eligible Soldiers meeting the newly established MLI eligibility criteria will be integrated onto the PRL (RA) or PPRL (USAR AGR) beginning 1 April 2018. Soldiers integrated onto the PRL/PPRL will remain so until such time they are no longer eligible as specified.

Do you have orders stating that? Does your LES show that you are an E-5 now vs a E-4?

It is likely (I haven't checked) that your MOS is a "STAR" MOS, meaning it is understrength for SGT. So if you have been a SPC/E-4 for at least four years, you get automatically promoted to SGT.

It means you are on the promotion list. That does not mean that you in line to get promoted in the next 30 days only that you are on the list and are awaiting points and/or slot for your MOS.

It means you are now promotable and, since you have BLC already completed, you are eligible for pin on. You do not need to go to a Promotion Board. In order for you to pin SGT, you now only need to make points. You will stay on the list until you do. Ensure your SRB reflects that you have BLC completed.

Using power of deduction, it shows you made the recommended list to E-5, now it's a matter of time that there is a slot for you to get promoted
