Nothing Else, As One Never Truly Knows
What Goes On Under That Hat Or The Brass.
That's When The Rest Of It Comes Into Play.
The Honor, The Individual Respect, The Leadership Abilities,
And Of Course, Whether Or Not, He's Experienced Enough To Reach
Your Level Of Expectations Of An Officer.
A College Degree Doesn't Necessarily Mean:
"They're Educated."
