What does the word honor mean to you?

Doing the right thing even at personal cost.

living an honest life, doing the right thing even if it's not in your best interest and treating everyone with basic human respect

Adhering to what is right, or a standard of conduct; high regard or esteem

Honor means I will not lie, steal, or cheat, nor will I tolerate those in my unit who do.

Above and beyond for the defense of our country

What does the word honor mean to me; keeping your word, having integrity, loyalty, commitment, courage, selflessness, duty to your country, those you serve with and always having their six, duty to God above, the ability to always do the right thing even when no one is watching or calling attention to yourself for it, your oath

Honor to me is to keep your word, celebrate tradition ,your family, parents and your children. Honor is a privilege to serve your country and be the best example as a military veteran serving in another country. Honor is celebrating your fellow veterans , disabled veterans and especially those that sacrificed the ultimate service with their lives.

honor is respect for God, Duty, and Country. Honor is doing the right thing, even when peers think it is wrong. Honor is NOT compromising your ideals, beliefs, family, or your oath to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution. Honor is NOT blind obedience to politicians, or political ideologies, but IS faithfully making up your own mind, based on facts, and not gut feelings.
