I think everyone needs to find their own mechanism. That search is also part of helping

I totally take a time off and sit on my hobby which always put a smile on my face and then I come back to tackle my issues whatever it may be head on and solve it to make things better. I realize some things I cannot do anything about to fix so I readjust my moves to avoid the issues that causes me despair. Understanding the issues and avoiding it makes things easier to adjust and get through the tough times. I cant do nothing about my pains but what I do is rest and stop whatever I do that causes the pains, I used to love to play basketball but since my spine issues always gets in the way I dont play as much as hard I used to but I still manage to shoot around the basket at my backyard which then makes me imagine and say I used to do this moves back then. I had my glory days and will continue to strive harder to have more glory days at a different level.

I look back at days that were far worse that I made it through in the past. Of course I never had a bad day that was worse then all those in the past yet.

What gets me through a bad day?
The complete assurance that tomorrow will be worse.

I recently purchased a micro FPV drone which I can fly indoors, with my health going up and down its not always that I would be able to go out and fly at designated flying areas where I live at. So kinda miss flying but a new tech came out and its so far the best out there for micro drone FPV (first person view) flying. This has for a month now been putting a smile on my face which makes my whole family smile again, its been years. My wife bought me the drone.
