What happens when an EFMP and HRC miscommunication results in my losing an assignment and reclassification school seat?

Good afternoon. I reenlisted to reclass to 94R . Was suppose to go to school at 21 June 2019 and then go to Germany .in the process of all paperwork They inroll my wife in EFMP and Germany got denied , HRC deleted Germany assignment and wont give me another one saying that EFMP here in HI still need to release info .I talked to them and EFMP here saying that they have done there part and no other requests resived . There is a big miscommunication between EFMP and HRC because of that I lost my assignment and about to loose my reclass school in 20 days..if it doesnt get fixed. I had to come back to my duty station from my TDY inroute PCS leave .My 1SG is tracking and supporting me .
At this point I just dont know who else to talk to -that will be able to help.? HRC,EFMP,Carrerr counselor no one would give me a stright answer .
If I miss this school seat -can they tell me that I can not reclass ? I have a copy of my reenlistment contract to reclass and I have not been in trouble ,no UCMJ,no PT failer . Just wondering if anyone had any experience with this type of problem ??

You can renegotiate your Reclass seat. Being OCONUS adds an extra layer of difficulty to it. You probably won't be getting Germany as a follow on assignment though. I'm not understanding how you had Germany orders since 94R is a PCS length school. Your Senior Career Counselor will have more experience untangling this big ball of mess. They're located at the Brigade headquarters.

Negative Sfc. EfMp is for my wife and here they will not give me orders to go to school unless I have a follow up assignment to my next duty station .
Assignment was already deleted.
And they still waiting if this paper work get fi fixed before trying give me another school date.
I asked them to give me those orders to go to school house - they wont do it unless I have follow up assignment to my next duty station - that is exactly what they told me

SSG (Join to see) you just told me your Germany assignment was made by the 88L branch manager meaning it was an 88L slot. You weren't supposed to be on that assignment if it was. There's a whole mess of things happening here. Like I said, simple steps to fix. Update your EFMP. You can't be given a follow on assignment as a 94R if you don't have a class seat. Who is "they"? Who specifically told you what?

My wife was enrolled in EFMP in March-4 month ago. EfMp said I can appil that decision but it has to be 6 month from the enrollment date. So I can not update anything for EFMP for my wife at this point . "They "- carrier counselor at Brigade LVL and reasigthtment office representatives- said that in order for me to be able to go to school from here - I have to have a follow up assignment to my next duty station right after school in order for me to get order from here with amendment of me going to school in route..( I only say what I was told).
HRC representatives from reclassification brange-keep saying waiting on EFMP respond . Believe me I thought exactly what you just tolled me : that I was gonna get orders to school and will get assignment when in school.and everything will workout. But nothing happening.
